Lovely little motel ran by a lovely elderly couple. We had been cycling all day and when we arrived they had beverages I could purchase and didn't charge a fortune for them. The rooms were big and very clean, sure they were dated but who cares. I would happily stay here again if I was passing through.

From moment of arrival to moment of departure, I was pleased. While the price attracted me, the owners, staff, rooms, and view kept me smiling. This is a family-owned business and has been for many decades - a fact for which they are rightfully proud. The rooms are very clean, well maintained, and sufficiently modern e.g. walk-in shower with PLENTY of hot water. The A/C worked like a horse but was quiet as a mouse. The internet connection was as good or better than some Marriott's I've attended. A delightful surprise was the view from my kitchenette windows - fields of peas for as far as you can see. Remote enough to be dead quiet yet near enough to civilization to find all the basic amenities you could desire.
Had the pleasure of staying two nights at this marvelous motel. Beforehand I read many reviews and I must agree with them all, what a wonderful place. Yes, it's an old motel but that only adds to the comfort of this place. The family that owns it has been running it since it's creation in the 50's. They are kind and friendly The rooms are incredibly clean and well furnished. The marvelous about this motel is their dedication to offering the best to all who stay there.
It is a motel so you can drive the car right to your room. It is quite old, still the original owners. It is clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It has a great picnic area. It does not have a pool or exercise room. It is more historical than that. The beds are comfortable and it has a large shower, no bathtub. The tvs are small but there is good Wi-Fi. Nice place if you like the motel style.
Great place. Super clean, they allow pets. You would never know because, they are that clean. Well located not far from downtown on a beautiful lot. Picnic tables, swings and nice area for children and pets to play. I must say, the owners are sweet and very ready to help with anything. Ok for all the good there must always be something a bit wrong. So, the bed was a little hard that is the only fault I could find. The price for the room was just right. I can honestly say worth your time and money. I will be returning there in two months time, I will definitely book there again.
Great spot central to doing so many activities in the area. Quiet, lots of space and connection to the area bike trail right across the road. Rooms were clean and they give you room clean service every day. Owners are lovely.
Fantastic place to stay, whether you’re here for work or just to relax! The service is top-notch, and the staff really know how to make you feel at home. The rooms are super clean, well-kept, and come with everything you need, including a full kitchen. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
